Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center will continue to operate during the “Safer at Home” order in place for Los Angeles County.  The ELARC office buildings will be closed to the public beginning Friday, March 20, 2020. Consumer Advisory Committee

The ELARC Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC) is made up of adult individuals who are served directly by the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center. Their role is to give input to the Board of Directors about matters that are important to the individuals that the Regional Center serves. The members of the CAC are committed to expanding their membership, spreading the word about self advocacy, and playing a leadership role in the agency and in the state.

CAC Meetings are held in English only. If you wish to participate in a language other than English, please RSVP to Elisa Salazar at (626) 299-4772 two weeks prior to the meeting to allow sufficient time for ELARC to make every attempt to meet your request.

CAC meetings are video-conferenced between the Alhambra office Boardroom located at 1000 South Fremont Ave., in Alhambra and the Whittier office conference room located at 13215 Penn St. #410 in Whittier, 90602.
