Service Providers: Changes to Services & Supports |

The 2009/10 California state budget imposes provisions for achieving a reduction to the developmental services budget by $384 million. These provisions include significant changes to services. All Regional Centers are now in the process of implementing the changes in the Lanterman Act that resulted from the approval of the budget.
Service Providers are advised to read the following notices in relation to the impact of these changes on the services and supports that they provide.
