Important: Median Rates and Vendorizations effective July 1, 2008:  Effective July 1, 2008, the rates established for vendorizations completed after that date can not exceed ELARC's median rate or the statewide median rate for the same service code, whichever is lower. Service providers who have rates determined to be usual and customary or rates based on the Schedule of Maximum Allowances (SMA) are not subject to the median rates.

Important: 3% Discount on most vendored services and supports effective February 1, 2009: Effective February 1, 2009, the rates paid by the regional center for most services and supports were discounted 3%; the 3% discount does not apply to supported employment services or to services that have rates determined to be usual and customary.
