The Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center Board, advisory committees and staff have teamed with providers and community businesses to create a new employment culture - one where people with developmental disabilities are welcomed and embraced by satisfied employers and supportive public.

People throughout our community have communicated they want to follow their dreams, be respected, feel confident and be a contributing member of their community.
