POS Guidelines

The regional center assists individuals and/ or families in obtaining services that are identified in the individual plan. When there is no alternate source of funding the regional center may pay the cost of purchasing services from other agencies or professionals.  ELARC applies guidelines to that decision making process, although each request is considered on an individual basis.

Person Center Thinking

Vendors! Parents! Consumers! Join Us for Person Centered Thinking Training: ELARC, in partnership with the Vendor Leadership Forum, is launching an ongoing Introduction to Person Centered Thinking training program. This four-part session will be hosted on a monthly basis, every Wednesday morning. There is a fee for vendors and community members (consumers and families may have fee waived upon request) Registration is required as space is limited.
