Guided by the intent of the agency's Performance Contract, ELARC's Early Start Department recently obtained a grant from the California Early Interventioin  Training Network (CEITN)  The work of the grant is intended to expand awareness, outreach, collaboration, and the development and implementation of training in the area of social/emotional development.
