Announcing new housing corporation inaugural development project

ELARC and Home Ownership Made Easy (HOME) continue to work closely with the recently incorporated "Key Community Housing (KeyCH)" to develop organizationally and to complete pre-development activities. KeyCH's first project is designed to increase the number of affordable apartments within our catchment area. KeyCH is committed to being the catalyst for addressing the lack of safe, affordable and accessible housing that affects community members with low incomes and with special needs through collaborative participation in partnerships that create and maintain affordable housing options and an array of supportive services, which give people opportunities to live in a home of their own choice. Regional center staff along with parents and consumers are collaborating with the staff from HOME and KeyCH to fulfill activities of the newly formed organization to meet housing needs.
