Clients' Rights Advocate

The Clients' Rights Advocate (CRA) is an individual whose role is to advocate and protect the rights of individuals with developmental disabilities. The CRA is an employee of the Office of Client’s Rights Advocacy, (OCRA). OCRA is an arm of Protection & Advocacy, Inc. and operates according to a contract with the California Department of Developmental Services. The CRA may be contacted at (626) 576-4407. Person Center Thinking

Vendors! Parents! Consumers! Join Us for Person Centered Thinking Training: ELARC, in partnership with the Vendor Leadership Forum, is launching an ongoing Introduction to Person Centered Thinking training program. This four-part session will be hosted on a monthly basis, every Wednesday morning. There is a fee for vendors and community members (consumers and families may have fee waived upon request) Registration is required as space is limited.
