Service Provider Check-In

Come join the discussion on 12/12/25 via zoom. All Service Providers eligible for Rate Reform must meet eligibility requirements for the QIP. The QIP must be completed to continue at full rate in 2026. Data collected by DDS from providers will be used to determine whether they have reported accurately and completely and are therefore qualified to receive the quality incentive rate component(s) in FY 2026-27.

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT DISCUSSION THAT IMPACTS RATES. It is highly advised to read the 10/9/2025 DDS Directive ahead of the meeting.
