Pre Vendorization Orientation for September 2025

Next date: Wednesday, September 17, 2025 | 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM

A two-part Pre-Vendorization Orientation to provide information of the vendorization process and all the requirements necessary to become a vendor(including the elements of a program design) will be held on September 17, 2025, and September 18, 2025, from 8:30AM-12PM.

PVO Attendee Process

1. Click on flyer below or go to our "Becoming a Provider" webpage
2. Open link to PVO Prerequisite Form
3. Submit the PVO Prerequisite Form by clicking submit button
4. Designated staff will receive an email from info.elarc.org whenever a form is submitted
5. Evaluator will screen the form
6. Evaluator will send the email and name of attendee to Karen Sibrian
7. Karen will email the individual requesting to attend PVO a form email with instructions on how to complete the 2 PART process to register to the LMS and enroll in the form with info on how to confirm their enrollment.
8. It is the responsibility of the potential attendee to secure that they have confirmation of the PVO enrollment.  They will receive a zoom link two days before the PVO.
