Overview of Social/Recreational Services

Social Recreation is tailored to provide socialization and recreational opportunities to the clients of the Regional Center. The service is necessary to enable you to remain in your home and no alternative service is available to meet the consumer’s needs.

Regional centers can now pay for camping, social recreation, and other related services under the Lanterman Act.
