19th Annual Disability Art Exhibition: Celebrating Value & Talent

The City of Los Angeles Department on Disability, in collaboration with the Department of Cultural Affairs, proudly presents the 19th Annual Disability Art Exhibition at the Henry P. Rio Bridge Gallery inside Los Angeles City Hall.

In October, the Department on Disability celebrates National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), which annually recognizes the positive impact of people with disabilities in the American workforce. This year’s theme, “Celebrating Value and Talent,” highlights the skills, innovation, and diverse perspectives that individuals with disabilities add to the workforce. By embracing this theme, they affirm their commitment to advancing access, equity, and opportunity—ensuring all workers have the support needed to achieve economic independence and long-term success.

  • Location: Henry P. Rio Bridge Gallery, Los Angeles City Hall, 201 N. Main St., 3rd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90012
  • Admission: Free and open to the public
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (closed weekends)

Visitors must check in with security at City Hall for a visitor’s badge before taking the elevator to the third floor.

The exhibition strives to be fully inclusive, with artwork museum labels featuring image descriptions and Braille. For those who cannot attend in person or prefer a digital option, the exhibition is also available on an accessible webpage.
