- Newly vendored providers
- Providers who did not provide services during Fiscal Year 2025-26
- Providers who were revendored under a new vendor number due to rate reform

Time will also be provided for questions and answers.
Eligible providers must complete the Initial Provider Survey and meet QIP requirements to earn their quality incentive rate.
