Every five years, the Children's Hospital Los Angeles USC University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities  (CHLA USC UCEDD) has to make a plan of what they will work on for the next five years.

Individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD): They need your ideas about what would make things better for you as a person with IDD to be independent, productive, and live in the community as you choose. They are also interested in hearing what parents, family members, professionals, disability advocates, and other people who serve people with IDD and their families think they should work on.
