VALOR stands for Voices, Action, Leadership Organized for Resilience is a statewide initiative designed to strengthen leadership development, community engagement, advocacy, and equitable outcomes for Latino individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), their families, self-advocates, and community leaders throughout California.

Led by the Family Resource Centers Network of California (FRCNCA) and administered by Heluna Health, VALOR seeks to build a statewide Latino Leadership Network connected to California's Family Resource Centers, Regional Centers, community organizations, and local leaders.

Participants may have opportunities to:

Attend leadership trainings and workshops
Participate in regional convenings and statewide events
Connect with leaders throughout California
Share experiences and community priorities
Learn about advocacy, systems change, and community engagement
Help identify solutions to issues affecting Latino individuals with I/DD and their families
