Special Education Training

During this session, families will learn about the Individual Education Program (IEP), including key terms and definitions. We will cover important topics such as:

• Child Find
• Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE)
• Parents' special education rights

Additionally, we will discuss your rights at an IEP meeting, goals and objectives, Section 504, due process, mediation, and compliance complaints.
