If you have already completed the Self Determination Orientation (Parts A & B) with the State Council, we invite you to attend our monthly sessions where we provide guidance on how to get started, and information on who is responsible for what area of the transition process. At the end of the session, we will have time for questions.
These sessions will be provided once a month on the last Wednesday of each month (no session in December).
It is not mandatory for you to attend, but encouraged. At the end of each session, participants will obtain a link with useful resources.
Registration is required to attend these session. When registering, you will find a drop-down menu with dates. Please choose the date you would like to attend. You will also have an opportunity to ask for language interpretation if needed.
