Vendored Service Providers should refer to the Community Services Specialist Assignments document below to identify the Community Services Specialist assigned to be their Liaison.

Community Services 1 and Community Services 2 Units have primary responsibility for resource development as well as contract/payment agreement development and management. Matters such as changes to program design and rate adjustments should be directed to these Community Services Department staff. Specialized assignments such as Housing, CPP, Family Home Agency, and Mental Health are managed in these units.
